Acquisition of dooyoo, social shopping guide with a strong presence in Germany, United Kingdom and Spain

Launch of services for two new countries: Sweden and Denmark

LeGuide.com S.A. enters the Euronext Paris Alternext market. The LeGuide.com S.A. network expands to include two new countries: Italy and the Netherlands

Acquisition of Gooster

European expansion with shopwahl.de, antag.de, pricesavvy.co.uk, mercamania.es and webkupiec.pl

The shopping directory Webmarchand.com and the shopping search Engine LeGuide.net are launched

Shopping Guide GmbH

The Executive Committee of LeGuide Group comprises seven members. Chairman of the Executive Committee and CEO of LeGuide Group is Olivier Sichel.

dooyoo GmbH was acquired in 2008 and provides the social shopping website dooyoo in four European key markets with a strong online shopping community with a team in Berlin.

Shopping Guide GmbH provides the shopping community and review portal Ciao in seven European markets with teams in Munich and London.
